- Order details — name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation via Stripe. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
- Messages — whatever you send to hello@bishoped.com or through the contact form.
- Site analytics — aggregate usage via Google Analytics (page views, device type, approximate location).
- Cookies — needed for analytics and basic site function. Your browser can block cookies; some features may then be limited.
How we use it
- Fulfil and track orders
- Reply to support requests
- Improve the site and product experience
- Send transactional email (receipts, shipping updates). Marketing email only if you opt in (for example, the newsletter).
Who we share with
We use trusted processors to run the store:
- Stripe — payments
- Shipping carriers — delivery and tracking

We don’t sell your personal information.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, returns, and legal requirements. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete support correspondence where we’re able to.

Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
