The guarantee
If the board isn’t for you, send it back within thirty days of delivery. We’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Returns are free.
Condition
Return the board, all thirty-two pieces, and the cotton dust bag in sellable condition — unused or gently tried is fine. Please pack it so the metal doesn’t travel scratched.
How to start a return
- Email hello@bishoped.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject.
- We’ll reply with a prepaid label and packing notes.
- Drop the parcel with the carrier. Once we receive and check it, we process the refund.
Refund timing
Refunds usually post within five business days of arrival back to us. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it and write us within seven days. We’ll replace it or refund — your call — and cover the return.
Exchanges
We make one board. If you need a second set instead of a refund, say so when you open the return and we’ll sort it.
