The product
Bishoped sells a magnetic metal chessboard with thirty-two pieces and a cotton dust bag. Photos and descriptions aim to be accurate; colour and finish can vary slightly with light and metalwork.
Orders & payment
Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment clears and you receive confirmation. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing error, or suspected fraud — and refund you in full if we do.
Shipping & returns
Delivery and returns follow our Shipping policy and Return policy. Those pages are part of these terms.
Promotions
Sale messaging (including timed offers on this site) may change. Promotions can’t be combined unless we say so, and we may end or adjust them at any time.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product design are owned by Bishoped or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bishoped isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections in your place of residence may still apply.
